Author's Submission Guidelines

 

Participants can send their research results in the form of a full paper or extended abstract at AWIST 2023. Full paper or extended abstract should be written considering double-blind review process, adequately organized, relevant to the AWIST scopes, sufficient scientific contribution, and a good command of the English language.


Full paper submission should be maximum 8 pages in length (in IEEE conference format ) and which is a double-column format and the content focuses on one particular research problems, motivations, targeted objectives and achievements, which includes the following information:

Title (informative and concise) and author’s information (single-blind review)
Introductory (overview, objective) with brief literature comparison
Proposed Approach (described with sufficient details)
Results, Discussion, and Conclusion (main findings, arguments, prospects.)
List of references

REGISTRATION FEES

For participants who want to publish their research at IEEE proceeding, the registration fees follows fees from ICSPIS 2023 (LINK) . However, if participants only submit their extended abstract without IEEE publication then the registration fees for AWIST 2023 is $50. For online participants, the registration fees is $20

NO SHOW POLICY

The AWIST is a live conference that depends on the presentations given during their sessions, and discussion after the talks and in the breaks. Authors who fail to present their paper leave a gap in the program, which is unacceptable for the conference audience.
AWIST balances the interests of a high quality conference with fairness towards the authors and audience members. Therefore, AWIST reserve the right to preclude authors who do not present their paper at the conference from receiving a presenter’s certificate.
If the authors have, or anticipate, unforeseen circumstances endangering or preventing the presentation, the Committee must be contacted immediately . Any alternative arrangements require approval by the committee.

IMPORTANT DATE

 

The output from AWIST 2023 is a book of abstracts because AWIST more focuses on workshops and collaborative research. However, if there are participants who want to publish their research in the form of IEEE proceedings, we are collaborating with icspis 2023 so your full paper can be published in icspis proceedings . Otherwise, you can simply submit extended abstract to AWIST 2023. The following are important deadlines for prospective authors. Do keep an eye on this section as any adjustments/modifications to the deadlines will be updated here.
