The 11th ASEAN Workshop on Information Science and Technology (AWIST) is held annually to discuss state-of-the-art topics to find breakthroughs to help solve current and future problems based on a specific theme. AWIST 2023 is tentatively planned to be held at the Universitas Komputer Indonesia (UNIKOM) on 26, 27 & 30 Oktober 2023.
The transition of COVID-19 from epidemic to endemic has led to the rising numbers of innovations in technology and computing that had a significant impact and influence on people, either individually, in groups, institutions, communities, society, and even at the national levels. Since technology and computing have increasingly become networked, distributed, and accessible, the boundary of what is possible is only limited by our imagination.
This workshop aimed to establish a panel of discussion on the theme of AI and Information for smart technology, both general and specific, in one discipline or multidiscipline, and either mixed, quantitative or qualitative types of research. Thus, the scope of the topics include, but not limited to:
Asean Workshop on Information Science and Technology (AWIST) aims to share ideas and current researches in the areas of Informatics, Engineers, Researchers, Science, and Technology. it brings together scientists, engineers, researchers practitioners, students, and representatives of civil society organizatins in the scientific forum to nurture research networks between University and Industries.
The output from AWIST 2023 is a book of abstracts because AWIST more focuses on workshops and collaborative research. However, if any participants want to publish their research paper in the form of IEEE proceedings, Awist 2023 is collaborates with icspis 2023 so your full paper can be published in a icspis proceedings . Otherwise, you can simply submit extended abstract to AWIST 2023.

The three - days event will contain a keynote speech from our honored guests, followed by paper presentations by participating
